Description and Requirements


Do you aspire to become a part of the Infrastructure Services team of one of the world's largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better? We are looking for an innovative and passionate Associate Product Specialist for our Infrastructure Services Portfolio helping us achieve our goals and be the driving force for customer and partner success at global level.


In this role, you will be primarily responsible for establishing & maintaining the services portfolio on a given product segment, including supporting Geo Sales & Delivery teams on key sales initiatives as well as new hardware launches on our Infrastructure Services portfolio.


Your primary responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HW project teams to ensure enablement of services on new product launches
  • Manage end-to-end product portfolio launch processes across functional teams
  • Collaborate and coordinate across organizations such as development, manufacturing, finance, procurement, services, operations, quality, business segments, marketing, and sales.
  • Enable product availability strategy within the different go-to-market processes of ISG, IDG, and SSG organizations of Lenovo.
  • Meet the business objectives and execute strategies for desired outcomes
  • Drive core team launch services and solutions at the desired quality level and meets the time to market plans
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to product- related inquiries from internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate in the creation of the sales collateral, product files and marketing materials such as:
  • Creation of the Services Plan Exit Deck
  • Complete ODF files on every engagement include (Offering Definitions, CTO, Market Summary, HW install vendor, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate status of projects and objectives to Services leadership
  • Collaborate with WW & Geo Services Marketing teams to generate internal and external offering awareness
  • Coordinate Final Plan of record, Internal announce letter for new product launches
  • Coordinate service cost estimates and list pricing with appropriate functions
  • Overseeing product and country services enablement activities
  • Managing language enablement initiatives
  • Collaborating with core teams to provide feedback and insights post launch

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree
  • You have an interest in Strategy and Product Development
  • You think logically, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to put together presentations to articulate business cases
  • Ability to manage time as you will be supporting multiple Geo's and timezones
  • You can work independently and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
