The Pensions team forms part of the HR Operations Service in HROD & T that sits within the Corporate Services Directorate.


This is part of the Council's back-office support function for Employee Services which provides support for the following functions: Payroll, Pensions, Transactional HR activity, Agency Client, Resourcing, Organisational Management and Compliance.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of our service as an employee officer.

The successful candidate will work with the Team Manager to support the Pensions Team in delivering a first-rate service to our employees and pension scheme members.


The role will involve liaising with pension scheme administrators and external organisations, providing support to employees, managers, and other teams within the HROD&T Service to ensure that we are working within pension regulations and meeting our statutory obligations as an employer.
