Automotive Service/Parts Advisor

Aka Recruitment are continuing to work with a longstanding client of ours to bring you this exciting Service Advisor role based in Ripon.

This position is a blend of both parts and service however we would consider someone that has come from either department
Duties Include:
  • Speaking and dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Initiate service documents, job cards and update customer records on the Kerridge System
  • Upselling of additional products to customers
  • Liaising with Customers to keep them updated on their vehicle
  • Advising customers of costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
  • Costing and quoting of parts for customers
  • Liaising with parts suppliers on deliveries/updates
    Requirements:
  • Experience within the Automotive Service Advisor position is advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Kerridge system is again advantageous
  • Good Customer Service Skills is a must
  • High attention to detail and organisation skills are essential

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm. A strong salary basic of 26k is on offer with an achievable OTE of 30k.
