Graduate Teaching Assistant | Birmingham, B1 | £95 - £105 Per Day | Full Time | September 2024 start Are you a motived graduate looking for your next challenge? The role/ responsibilities:

Support students to develop academically, socially and emotionally to work towards their best possible outcomes Provide support to students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups delivering effective and appropriate interventions to improve essential skills Adapt learning to ensure that it is accessible to all students Keep track of student progression and key targets by liaising with the class teacher and SENCO Provide general support to the classroom teacher by preparing the classroom/resources Requirements: Have a positive and can-do attitude towards supporting students A passion and desire to work within education Experience within a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential Be an effective communicator, able to work closely with students, staff and parents An enhanced DBS and two references If you feel you meet the requirements of this amazing opportunity, please don't hesitate to apply.
