They are seeking to recruit a Conveyancer due to growth, leaving a busy and high-quality caseload for an ambitious fee-earner.

They have been in the area for 40+ years and boast an enviable client base which they have been servicing for years, ranging from both commercial / personal legal services. The majority of work this practice services' is referral, repeat business and through word of mouth.What stands this firm apart is their supportive culture. They boast a team of Residential Property Lawyers and all of them are both technically strong, but also approachable individuals with an incredibly strong client-centric focus. The client service is at the heart of this practice and their success and no problem is ever too small or too large.The core of this practice stems from their private client and property practice. They benefit heavily from cross referral work and have in turn, created a particular reputation for their specialism over these practice areas. Engrained within the practice is meritocratic values; they firmly believe in rewarding for success and this comes in the form of both progression, and increased renumeration.The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to manage an active caseload based in Worthing, Sussex.

In this role you will be working alongside the managing partner of the firm coupled with several experienced fee-earners who have an unrivalled knowledge of the local market. You will be inheriting a very busy, high quality caseload including everything from pre/post completion.The firm offer both excellent administration and managerial support which covers technical questions on files / cases, support, case management and much more.In this role you will be a key figure in growing the team for the long term. The plans for this department are ambitious and the firm are seeking someone with a similar mindsight.RequirementsYou will be a Residential Conveyancer with at least 1 year experience in handling your own caseload, either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx or experienced Fee Earner considered You will be able to run your own files without supervisionYou will enjoy working as part of a team but have the ability to work autonomously when requiredWhats on offer?A very positive working environmentA busy caseloadThe opportunity to grow the team in the long term
