Located in the east of Birmingham, St Saviour's C of E school is a two-form entry primary school. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and committed KS1 Phase Leader with class teacher responsibility to join our Middle Leadership Team from September 2024.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and compassionate leader. Someone who can demonstrate excellent classroom practice across the curriculum and who:

  • has high expectations for all pupils' achievement and behaviour
  • recognises high-quality teaching and learning across the phase
  • is able to work effectively with and lead a team
  • is keen to develop themselves and colleagues within the team professionally
  • has a passion for teaching and learning in key stage 1
  • is willing to contribute to the life of the school and its community

    This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fantastic team. This post is for a KS1 class teacher with a TLR 2 responsibility for progress and attainment in key stage 1 along with whole school assessment.
