We're currently looking for full time Sales Associates within our Beauty department to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family. Whether you're looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

With the most iconic beauty and hair care brands under one roof, our Sales Associates are experts in guiding our customers through the world of skin care, hair care and beauty and their knowledge and passion is obvious. It's a fast based, high footfall environment all under the bright lights of some of the most well-known and up and coming names in the business.

About You

You may, or may not have experience within a retail environment, we can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed. If you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, you will thrive in going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

You will also:

Have great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly. Have the ability to remain calm, and measured even when under pressure. You'll be resilient, and adaptable to your customers and team and environment believing that anything is possible. Be a problem solver, asking questions and listening effectively.
