Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries regarding sizes, styles, purchases, or returns.

• Maintaining an appealing sales floor with well-stocked shelves, organized fitting rooms, and the latest fashion trends, while ensuring a tidy stockroom.

• Providing a quick, friendly, and efficient checkout experience, handling queries, voids, and returns.

• Receiving and unpacking new stock deliveries, ensuring products are displayed correctly and meet our high standards.
