**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Paige Premium Denim, LLC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Assist and interact with customers in a warm and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Utilize exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising, and replenishment, to ensure an efficient running of the business.
  • Communication: Proactively communicate with the Retail Co-ordination Manager on stock, staffing, and sales to ensure an efficient running of the business.
  • Teamwork: Build key relationships with store managers and teams, supporting events and store pop-ups as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail experience or relevant customer-related experience, with a proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Retail Operations Knowledge: Excellent retail operations knowledge, including proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems and Microsoft Outlook/e-mail.
  • Availability: Availability to work retail business hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
