The Role
The Marketing Manager (Conversion) will work within the Marketing team of the University of London with responsibility to maximise student recruitment and conversion from initial enquiry through to registration. This will require devising and delivering cohort-centric conversion plans to create a truly personalised student recruitment journey.
Working with the Senior Marketing Manager, the role will be a key member of the student recruitment team and will deliver, optimise, and evaluate strategic marketing plans, projects, and campaigns to meet student recruitment targets.
The post-holder will also work collaboratively with colleagues across the University and its federation members to ensure alignment and integration of plan and activities with the overall university strategy.
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional, who is both hands-on and a strategic thinker, driven by targets, with a creative approach to marketing, outstanding written and organisation skills and experience of stakeholder management.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
