Full UK Drivers License Required / Must be Eligible to work in the UK

The IT Field Service Engineer will support 3 Sites in the North of the England - the role will support approximately 500 End Users - the role will have support from Central 2nd & 3rd Line IT Support Teams.

Experience Required:
  • IT Field Engineer experience.
  • IT Field Support - 2nd Line or 3rd Line IT Support experience.
  • Face-to-Face IT Support experience.
  • Audio/Visual - ideally Zoom & Zoom Admin Portal etc.
  • Telephony Support.
  • Windows AutoPilot.
  • MDM - InTune or Similar - connectivity of Mobile, Handheld Devices, Scanners etc.
  • Troubleshoot General IT Support Issues.
  • Laptop, Desktop, Workstation - Set-Up & Support.
  • PC / Laptop / Break/Fix & Troubleshooting.
  • Printer Break/Fix & Troubleshooting.
  • Hardware Replacements - Removing & Replacing Faulty Devices.
  • Troubleshoot Software, Hardware & Networking equipment - escalate if required.
  • Troubleshoot Computer Hardware, Server Hardware, Networking Hardware, Software, Printing, Installation, Email & Operating System issues - escalate if required.
  • Time Management - able to manage your own IT Field Engineer Schedule.
  • Ticketing System - Maintain Incident & Service Requests.
  • Technical Implementations - changes are fully documented.
  • Third Parties - Incidents & Requests passed to 3rd Parties are managed - ensure ownership of Ticket to closure.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented, agile, adaptable & highly self-motivated.
  • Teamwork - Collaborative approach to teamwork - work closely with Remote & Central IT Support Teams.
