Project Services Field Engineer

First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Project Services Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Project Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering on-site projects to meet customer specifications and agreed statements of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver on-site projects, including structured cabling, data communications, IMAC work, software upgrades, and remedial shop fitting works, in line with customer specifications and industry standards.
  2. Ensure Health and Safety standards are met at all times, controlling risk to self, customer employees, and the general public.
  3. Stay up-to-date with changes to legislation and product development to maintain the highest standards.
  4. Keep customers and the Project Services Team informed of work progress.
  5. Report to the relevant helpdesk, as necessary, following escalation procedures.
  6. Update the Project Manager at every stage for smooth communication between the company and customer.
  7. Accurately record stock deployment for up-to-date and accurate stock inventory records.
  8. Complete relevant documentation for timely performance reports.
  9. Maintain contact with the Project Services Team for real-time logging and availability.
  10. Return and package decommissioned equipment to the repair centre within a two-day window, fully assembled and labelled.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a similar role.
  2. Excellent customer service skills.
  3. High degree of flexibility in terms of hours of work and location.
  4. High level of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  5. Full clean driving licence.
