Job Role:
- Teach a diverse range of pupils with special educational needs, tailoring your approach to meet individual requirements
- Create and implement personalised education plans (IEPs) to support pupils' progress and development
- Employ engaging teaching strategies and utilise specialised resources to ensure optimal learning experiences
- Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and parents to foster a holistic approach to education
- Assess pupil progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social-emotional well-being and personal growth
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education
