Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistant for KS1

Position Overview:
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work with students in KS1. The successful candidate will play an essential role in providing personalised assistance to students with special educational needs, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
Relevant experience working with students with special educational needs, preferably in a school setting.
Understanding of various special educational needs, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and sensory processing disorders.
Knowledge of and experience with individualised education plans (IEPs) and the ability to implement accommodations and modifications accordingly.
