Are you a Solar PV Installer based in Gloucestershire?

We are looking to recruit solar panel installers to work on domestic solar installations.

Experience installing Solar PV required.

3 Months work.

The ideal candidate will need to fit into a team that:

has a first class work ethic

takes pride in a job done to the highest standard
is prepared to learn, develop and improve
takes ownership of roles and responsibilities
wants to enjoy and get fulfilment out of their working day

Skills Required:
Experience of Domestic/ Commercial installation
Connecting solar panels, inverters and optimisers
Driving licence
Cscs
Health & Safety training (Ideally SMSTS or IOSH)

Duties:

  • Use power tools and hand tools to assemble and install solar panels
  • Carry out mechanical tasks such as racking installation and module mounting
  • Assist with electrical wiring and connections for solar panel systems
  • Dig trenches for underground wiring as required
  • Welding tasks related to solar panel installation

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
  • Mechanical knowledge for assembly and installation tasks
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems
  • Ability to dig trenches for wiring purposes
  • Welding skills for specific installation requirements

Pay: 20.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
