PURPOSE:
The Facilities Assistant will support the Facilities Coordinator in maintaining the operational efficiency of Fred Perry's head office facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Maintain printer supplies
- Manage courier deliveries
- Provide reception coverage
- Organize communal areas
- Assist with stationery orders
- Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms
- Support sample sales events
- Manage facilities helpdesk
- Administer security passes
- Monitor building maintenance
- Coordinate UK travel
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Assist with general maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of facilities administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

WORKING HOURS:
Flexible working shifts at Fred Perry HQ with core hours from 10am – 4.30pm. Employees can choose their start and finish times for better work-life balance.
