About this role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with new restaurant partners and grocery partners, and introducing them to the Just Eat platform. Through engaging phone and email interactions, you will showcase our services, identify opportunities, and sign on new partners. Your role will involve leveraging data and insights to find leads, closing deals, preparing sales reports, and keeping an eye on competitor activities - all while meeting your acquisition targets.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
  • Connecting with New Partners: Initiate positive and professional relationships with potential restaurant and grocery partners, introduce them to Just Eat's offerings, and guide them through the onboarding process. Prepare and present sales reports and ensure you meet acquisition goals
  • Building a Strong Sales Pipeline: Collaborate with our research team to use data-driven insights to identify high-quality leads. Work to convert these leads into successful sales or appointments, in tandem with our field sales team. This includes exploring and unlocking new verticals and retail channels
  • Driving Business Initiatives: Be part of our dynamic team that's continually pushing the envelope in creating the ultimate food community. Contribute to driving order growth, introducing exciting dining options, and working on tactical campaigns to enhance our market presence
  • Ensuring Top-Quality Restaurant Listings: Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure a broad range of cuisines and restaurant options in your assigned area, enhancing the dining choices available to our customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance and menu creation teams to ensure quality and consistency
  • Day 1 Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new partners, focusing on establishing an effective online presence and integration with our platform from day one

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly over the phone would be beneficial
