Salary: From £56,000 dependent on experience
What you'll be doing:
- You will manage the data quality strategy development and with this, maintain a comprehensive strategy for our Submarine division
- Oversee the process and management of Data quality projects and lead and support the team with regular assessments and projects to identify and address data quality issues across the business
- Maintain good stakeholder engagement and relationships whilst working closely with business units to understand the future data quality requirements and challenges
- Lead on Data quality improvement by managing initiatives to improve data quality whilst working with the IT function and the wider business teams to improve results
- Be responsible for the use and management of data quality tools and technologies. You will evaluate, select and implement the tools and technologies in order to meet the needs of the business for the future requirements
- Oversee reporting and communication elements and prepare and present reports to senior management and other stakeholders
- Be responsible for Continuous and strive to consistently improve data quality processes and practices across the business
Your skills and experiences:
- Be educated to Degree level or have proven experience within a data quality/analysis role
- Have an awareness of Six Sigma/DMAIC Framework
- Hold strong IT technical skills/have an awareness of data bases (SQL, Oracle, SAP HANA) and data analysis techniques/methods
- Have gained experience with the dimensions of data quality, data governance, data cleansing, data audits and data profiling techniques
- You will ideally have experience using business intelligence, visualisation or reporting tools
- Expertise in defining and monitoring data quality metrics and KPI's

The IM&T Data Quality team:
