About The Role And Responsibilities:

Our Customer Assistants are responsible for ensuring a customer experience that fires the imagination of all visitors. Customer Assistants will be required to work in both front of house sales points, selling programmes, merchandise and in our virtual reality space BOCS to provide high class, efficient customer service. An essential element of this role is providing relevant information to all customers and maximising secondary spend.

Key Requirements:

  • You will provide world-class front-line customer service to all customers and visitors to the Centre.
  • Provide essential knowledge relating to the Centre, including directional advice to all customers.
  • Deal with customer enquiries, including ticketing enquiries and maintaining effective customer relations.
  • Sell programmes, merchandise, ice creams and work within our virtual reality space Bocs.
  • Ensure all commercial delivery areas that you work in look attractive and have high levels of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Seek opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, the Centre's products and services.
  • To be responsible for any departmental keys and cash control within your areas ensuring that cash handling complies with the Centre's cash handling procedures.
  • Help at special functions, receptions, private views etc. to enhance the customer experience.
