About the role

Primary responsibilities:

As an important member of the team, you will oversee the delivery roadmap including prioritisation of backlog of issues ensuring remediation and delivery. Manage interaction with our partners ensuring tracking of development resources and relationship oversight. Facilitate provision of information to support roadmap including requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation and support / training Provide leadership in ensuring delivery against time, budget and requirements. This includes, where required, management of different resources both within and outside of the No7 Beauty Company business. This will also include driving through process and business change to support eCommerce improvement and business growth Maintain project governance & status updates What you'll need to have

Previous experience in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role Ability to work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including external agencies Stakeholder management skills with an ability to build relationships and influence You'll need to be resilient in the face of challenges, and care and support others within the team It would be great if you also have

Experience of working within a retail organisation Expertise in multiple project delivery methodologies and processes (including waterfall and agile) Experience of project management systems e.g. Jira, MS Project, KeyedIn, Wrike Our benefits
