About the role

The successful candidate will support various locations, including Amsterdam, Brussels, Germany, Milan, Madrid, and Stockholm.

This role demands close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Banking teams within a fast-paced work environment to drive the recruitment efforts and ensuring seamless HR administration across different European offices.

Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute marketing strategies for campus recruitment, including event organisation and social media engagement.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from understanding local office needs to managing applicant tracking systems and providing candidate feedback.
- Oversee the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring all documentation and pre-employment screening is completed accurately.
- Handle administrative tasks with precision, from managing invoices to maintaining HR data and producing reference letters.

Candidate profile/experience:

At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or HR administration.
- Experience with multiple European offices and an appreciation for diverse cultural and business environments; professional services or financial services background desirable.
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language, with French and Italian being preferable.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, capable of navigating complex and tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across European teams.
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in HR Systems and excited by the prospect of travel to European offices as required.
