Our national client is seeking an experienced Administration Manager; someone with proven operational skills and experience to manage a team of 3. This person needs to be customer service-focused and a proactive person who strives to exceed the needs and expectations of the customer. The team and department are busy, no two days are the same and it would suit a person who enjoys a role working to deadlines and loves to make things happen.

Job Description:
  • Effectively managed a team of 3
  • Responsibility for ensuring customers and workflow is processed promptly
  • Dealing with internal departments to ensure the efficient processing of customers orders
  • Effective communication with internal departments such as despatch, finance production, and hauliers
Candidate Requirements:
  • A proven operational background in a manufacturing business
  • Experience in managing an effective team
  • Proactive individual
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Someone who can work to deadlines
Hours: Monday Friday 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Salary: GBP27,000 - GBP30,000 Per Annum
