This is a fantastic opportunity for an interesting career within the music products industry. We are currently looking people to join the team that can speak one or more of the following languages.

  • Norwegian
  • Danish
  • Swedish
  • Dutch
  • Italian
  • Portuguese
  • German

You will be passionate about providing our customers with a good experience when they buy from us. ideally you will have knowledge of musical instruments and/or products but this can be in anything from playing the bass in a rock band to being first violinist in an orchestra or being a part time DJ. You will be professional, friendly, and reliable.You will be set up to provide brilliant customer service. This will include answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers and providing them with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments & equipment. Your day to day will include

  • Answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers
  • Providing customers with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments and related products
  • Resolving challenging customer enquiries and escalating where appropriate
  • Becoming a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Some experience of working in a customer service environment.
  • Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial.
  • Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ideally have an interest and appreciation of music.
