Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Oversee document control processes, ensuring all records are accurately filed and easily accessible
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits and tax preparations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software SAGE and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
