The Role

Sitting within our People & Culture Operations team, you will be a dedicated Support to our Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise. You will utilise your excellent communication skills and self-motivation to deliver operational services to our TA team, Candidates, and People Managers.

This role is ideally suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires you to be highly organised, with the ability to manage tasks of varying priorities to strict deadlines and an eye for detail. As part of the role, you should be able to work autonomously, be proactive, and enjoy a busy environment where you can make a real difference and contribute to the overall People and Culture agenda. A passion for continuously improving processes and ways of working is a must.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Contribute towards continuous improvement of recruitment processes across the business.
  • Escalate any issues causing a delay in the process and agree on appropriate actions.
  • Build relationships and partnerships with internal customers.
  • Work alongside the business on new hire onboarding experience pre and post-hire.
  • The first line of response for recruitment queries from candidates, hiring managers, and P&C team members, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder recruitment experience.
  • Management and administration of our Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy and continuous review of process steps to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Complete recruitment activities for internal and external job postings, running routine audits to ensure we perform against agreed standards.
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team, candidates, and external agencies to schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Coordinate interview schedules and travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Liaising with Global Mobility where required to ensure appropriate visa and sponsorships are in place

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role including ATS management
  • Experience working in a busy, demanding, fast-paced recruitment environment is essential
  • Intermediate/ Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent people and teamwork skills, communicative and open to new challenges in a rapidly changing environment
  • A proactive self-starter with a solution-based approach.
