About the role:

We are currently seeking a Quality Technical Support to join our growing Quality Team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all quality-related matters by inputting and updating critical information from internal and external sources into approved databases, as well as supporting Quality administration tasks.

While this role is primarily office-based, occasional travel may be required. If you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain key relationships, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the approval process for suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to internal quality systems and processes.
  • Provide customer, regulatory, and external audits support to ensure compliance.
  • Manage data administration and handle Quantum requests as needed.
  • Conduct Q-Pulse (Quality Management System) Administration such as:
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  • Maintain the customer database.
  • Oversee the supplier database.
  • Manage the people database, including training records, new hires, and leavers.
  • Document Management.

You will ideally need the following:

  • GCSEs with passes in Math and English, or equivalent level 2 qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within a Quality or Audit function.
  • High level of aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Internal Audit and/or Lead/External Audit Qualifications.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft packages.
  • Desirable knowledge of Quantum Software and Q-Pulse.
  • Understanding Quality Management Systems and Regulatory.
  • Previous quality experience in an aviation environment is a plus.
