Job Title: Brand Manager

Job Description

An opportunity to be part of one of the fastest growing categories in skincare. The Cetaphil Brand Manager will play a key role in the delivery of the annual brand plan supporting on the full year media plan whilst bringing to life the social, influencer and PR strategy and execution with agency partners. Reporting into the UK&I Marketing Manager, this role will work closely with the wider brand team, commercial team, global team and agency partners to support driving market performance for the UK&I. A high performing, close knit team of passionate individuals

Key Responsibilities
In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, will lead and implement high profile communication plans to drive revenue and market out-performanceWorking close with the MM to define Cetaphil brand strategy aligned with the global strategic vision and support the implementation of the marketing plans for UK&I.Manage the annual influencer calendar across TikTok and Instagram including briefing, selection, campaign execution and reporting.Own the consumer sampling programme including forecasting & budgeting, tracking, proposals, activations & execution to drive brand trial.Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPI's and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business.Work closely with cross-functional / departmental teams to create and execute IDS initiatives that support the brand objectives, including the development of targeted materials, salesforce assets, HCP events & HCP reactive sampling.In collaboration with Digital Marketing, digital agency & Brand Activation Manager, assist in execution of on and offline retailer marketing campaigns for trade and brandChampion the brand internally making sure all departments understand the brand and its goals.Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Regulatory guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
Degree level education (Commercial education, e.g., business, economics, administration preferable but flexible)Previous experience in Brand Management ideally with prior exposure to skincareExperience of delivering commercial KPIs and brand plansExcellent UK customer/ FMCG market knowledgeStrong presenting and communication skillsSelf motivator and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise resultsPassionate about the beauty industry and always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovationAn entrepreneurial, adaptable and confident mindset
