You will handle dilapidation reports, party wall matters, and ensure regulatory compliance while also preparing design drawings, develop maintenance schedules, and provide clients with advice and project updates, maintaining strong relationships through effective consultancy.

Conducting building inspections and prepares maintenance reports
Manages construction and refurbishment projects
Ensures compliance with building regulations
