Job Summary

Bowerford Associates Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join their team in Plymouth. As a key member of the construction consultancy, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including education, social housing, local authority, property development, and conservation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000
  • Manage D&B new build projects
  • Client management and contract administration
  • Preparing tender packages and conducting building surveys
  • Setting an example and assisting junior team members

Requirements

  • Chartered Surveyor or Graduate with a Degree in Building Surveying
  • Commercial experience in building surveying and project management
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and professional services
