{"Job Title": "Building Surveyor", "Job Summary": "We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Bowerford Associates Ltd. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building projects, from inception to completion. Your duties will include undertaking refurbishment projects, managing D&B new build projects, client management, contract administration, and preparing tender packages. You will also be expected to conduct a variety of building surveys and set an example for junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Undertake refurbishment projects ranging from £50,000 to £2,000,000
* Manage D&B new build projects
* Client management
* Contract administration
* Preparing tender packages
* Conducting a variety of different building surveys
* Setting an example and assisting junior team members

**Requirements:**
* Chartered Building Surveyor or equivalent qualification
* Strong commercial experience in building surveying
* Excellent communication and project management skills
* Proficient in AutoCAD
* Basic understanding of professional services
