JobDescription
As a Debrief Operative your keyresponsibilities willinclude;
- Answering telephonecalls, assisting customers with enquiries and adhering to depotKPI's
- Assisting drivers with locating addressesand providing delivery instructions
- Assistingcustomers and providing excellent customerservice
- De-brief of drivers ensuring processesare followed correctly
- Reporting and loggingdamaged hand held devices called Saturn's so these can be fixedwithout delay
- Ensuring contractor paperwork iscompleted
- Basic administrativeduties
- To implement the Health and SafetyPolicy, ensuring and maintaining a safe working environment at alltimes
- To implement the Security Policy ensuringand maintaining a secure passage of goods for thecustomer
- Carry out such other duties as mayreasonably be requested by the Management or the ShiftManager.
- Demonstrate the core DPD DNA values ofPassion, Respect, Honesty, Flexibility, Caring andAccountability.
