Strategic Leadership:

Support digital optimisation lead on a personalisation roadmap. Champion innovation, customer-first approaches, and evidence-based decision-making. Evaluate and optimise 3rd party tools to ensure business value. Constant evolution of the customer journey, understanding pain points and offering solutions to improve. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies that align with Frasers Group's vision. Contribute to and manage digital projects from concept to delivery from an optimisation point of view. Work with our CDP team to understand how we better utilise customer data and increase 1:1 personalisation. Manage the day to day relationship with the relevant 3rd party vendors. Implement and manage personalisation tools and technologies to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. Work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure consistent and personalised messaging across all touchpoints. Manage and mentor the optimisation team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Ensure the team is aligned with strategic objectives and deliverables, providing guidance and support where needed. Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalization and optimization. What's next?

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details before being booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter- this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate two further interview stages with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action. Proven experience in digital optimisation role, product management or analytics role. Experience launching personalised experiences. Strong leadership and team management skills. Deep understanding of personalisation and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and interpreting data. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives from concept to delivery. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience of analytical tools (such as GA and ContentSquare.) Experience managing day to day relationships with third party tools.
