Client Success Executive

- Work with the CSM team to help our clients achieve their desired outcomes via the Incentivesmart platform.
- Support the CSM team and our clients with report generation, programme administration and user management.
- Respond to and resolve inbound queries from clients and their customers.
- Work proactively with the CSM team to drive programme engagement and gain user testimonials.
- Support client communications for site content updates and programme emails.
- Proof read, and update content for client programmes.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the Incentivesmart platform and services.
- Provide ad-hoc training on the use of the Incentivesmart platform.
- Participate in client meetings as required, ensuring all actions are documented.
- Work with other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across the whole business including Creative, Marketing, Operations and Product.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Comfortable working with data and provide insight when needed.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- A genuine desire to go above and beyond for clients and deliver best in class customer service at every touchpoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive, pro-active attitude with a willingness to learn and develop. A team player, who goes out of their way to support their peers.
