Business Development Executive Director

Smart Solutions are working with a leading supplier in the architectural sector who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong track record in the steel pipeline industry. You will be responsible for expanding and nurturing our client base, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and effectively managing client accounts from initial enquiry to post-sale support.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
* Expand and maintain the client database, ensuring consistent growth.
* Provide high quality customer experiences, meeting, and exceeding client expectations.
* Take full ownership of client accounts and orders, guiding them through the entire process from initial enquiry to aftercare services.
* Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to line managers to aid decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements of the Business Development Executive:
* Proficiency in using IT system, including Outlook, Word, CRM, and out sales software (training provided).
* Full UK driving license
Attractive starting salary of £30,000.Performance bonus depending on sales targets met
* Permanent Contract
