Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, Shifts will cover hours between 09:00am and 3:30pm
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager our Housekeepers will form part of a large housekeeping team, covering both of our beautifully themed hotels and our new for 2024 Woodland Village accommodations
This awesome team ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved throughout the hotel both within guest hotel rooms, corridors, and public spaces. This is a hands-on role with lots of physical movement and heavy lifting, and you'll have the opportunity to create special and memorable guest interactions as you work across our Hotels. Our overnight guests have an extra special touch of magic on their visit to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, and you will play a key part in making sure their stay is Brick-tastic, with a beautifully clean and well-presented room to greet them after a long day of experiencing our rides, attractions and shows
Qualifications & Experience
- Having experience of working as a cleaner within a fast-paced hotel environment is desirable however we will provide you with all of the training you need to succeed in this role All we need from you is a positive outlook on learning and a keen eye for high cleanliness standards
- We'd love it if you have a keen eye for detail, and of course high standards of cleanliness
- This is a physical role so you must be comfortable to be on your feet for long periods of time, and comfortable with heavy lifting

Our Resort is home to over 55 rides, live shows and attractions and is known the world over as being the ultimate LEGO theme park experience for families with children aged 2-12 in the UK Set in 150 acres of parkland, LEGOLAND is home to not only the iconic theme park, but also offers two incredible LEGO themed Hotels plus the brand new Woodland Village opening in 2024 This role is based at the Windsor Resort site – which is pretty awesome if you ask us
