About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Linen Porter to join our team at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our hotels and Woodland Village accommodations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver linen across all departments of the hotel
  • Assist the housekeeping team with maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Restock linens and towels, and push large laundry trolleys and cages
  • Assist with deliveries, such as chemicals and room stock, and maintain accurate stock counts and records

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a porter or linen porter in a fast-paced hotel environment
  • Comfortable working on your feet for long periods and able to lift heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
