Description

Key responsibilities of the Billing Clerk:

  • Accurate processing and distribution of invoices
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Assist in the monthly closing process
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of the billing process
  • Assist with audits when required
