Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, particularly those linked with universities such as the University of Westminster, to kick-start their careers in the construction industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable experience in managing financial aspects of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the financial management of house building projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
- Support the preparation and presentation of cost reports and financial statements.
- Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Liaise with site managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen to ensure projects are profitable and financially viable.

- Recent graduates with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
