We are partnering with a well-established SME in Oxfordshire to find a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, following several exciting project wins. The projects range from £50k to £3M and span high-end residential and commercial office spaces, covering both new builds and refurbishments. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, developing their skills and expertise in quantity surveying.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of projects, including budgeting, cost control, and quantity surveying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of projects, including budgeting and cost control
  • Conduct quantity surveys and prepare estimates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the company
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
