About The Role

Gleeds is seeking a talented Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oxford. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Cost Managers in the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in cost and procurement management processes
  • Support the preparation of cost plans, order of cost estimates, and tender documentation
  • Contribute to the evaluation and reporting of tenders
  • Assist with the valuation of completed work and arranging for payments
  • Prepare and settle final accounts
  • Administer construction contracts
  • Prepare reports to customers
About You

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to develop their career in quantity surveying. You will have graduated or will be receiving your degree qualification before August 2025 and have the right to live and work in the UK.

You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have good organizational skills and be able to quickly adapt to changes.
