MMC are looking for a talented and motivated Audit Manager to join the MMC Internal Audit team in London. The mission of the Internal Audit Department is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve Marsh McLennan's operations. It helps Marsh McLennan accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.

- Reporting to the EMEA Head of Internal Audit, the Audit Manager leads and of all aspects of an audit, including planning, documentation of process flows, execution of various audit programs, fieldwork testing, report writing, and presentation to management.

We will count on you to:
- Lead 8-10 audits a year managing the end to end audit lifecycle
- Manage audit teams, developing and coaching team members and providing post audit feedback
- Develop audit findings, writing audit reports and calibrating Audit ratings based on facts and data.
- Identify themes and trends and emerging risks through audits.
- Support Regional Head, Senior managers on developing themes and trends and materials for stakeholder meetings and Audit Committee updates
- Be a counsellor to team members with ongoing coaching, mentoring and development of colleagues.
What you need to have:
- Critical thinker who is very inquisitive, organised and pays attention to detail.
- Connects the dots very quickly from a risk and control perspective.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of motivating and leading teams
- Is keen to work across organisational cultures, geographies and global teams.
- Willing to travel as needed locally and internationally to execute projects.
What makes you stand out:
- Fully Qualified Accountant, Auditor or holding an MBA
- Experienced as an Audit manager or as team manager in a complex Financial Services environment
