Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

- Implementing routine and preventative maintenance strategies.
- Carrying out diagnostics and troubleshooting for equipment faults.
- Ensuring all equipment and machinery meet safety regulations.
- Improving machine reliability and performance.
- Working closely with other team members to ensure seamless operation.
- Managing external contractors as required.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keeping accurate records of all maintenance activities.
A successful Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer should have:
- A relevant Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning.
