Job Title: Maintenance Engineer - Multi Skilled

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Pioneer Selection Ltd. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance with a proactive approach and responding to reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our factory equipment
  • Identify and report any potential issues or defects to the maintenance team
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance plans
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks
  • Contribute to the development of a proactive maintenance culture within the organization

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualification (e.g. HNC/HND or degree in a relevant field)
  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience with a bias towards mechanical or electrical maintenance
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
