Are you a highly organised and outgoing individual looking for a temporary receptionist role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area. Your excellent phone manner and ability to adapt to different situations will be key in ensuring smooth operations for our client.

This is a temporary role starting on Friday 1st August 2024, initially this will be for 4 weeks until the end of August but could potentially go on longer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls promptly and efficiently
  • Booking guests in for appointments
  • Manging the appointment system
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organised

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent phone manner with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
  • A welcoming and friendly demeanour
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
