Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at the Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your role will involve maximizing room occupancy, using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services, and complying with hotel security and health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services and facilities
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager and other departments
