They are actively seeking a dynamic and self-driven individual to join our team as an IT & Operations Manager. This role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including internal network and hardware management, supporting B2C/B2B Forex business operations, and Payment business operations, including transaction monitoring, vendor and customer interactions, and systems management.
Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain internal networks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise internal PCs, laptops, and equipment, ensuring functionality and availability.
  • Monitor B2C/B2B Forex business transactions and promptly respond to related inquiries.
  • Provide customer support for B2C/B2B transactions and operations.
  • Operate and oversee management screens for B2C/B2B activities.
  • Facilitate B2C deposits, withdrawals, and account openings.
  • Manage B2B account opening processes efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and customers regarding trading and payment systems.
  • Oversee Forex and payment system operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Compile and manage payment business operations to support organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field, with expertise in hardware/software installations and network monitoring.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Permanent residency in the UK is mandatory.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese (reading and writing) is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word for managing and analyzing operational data.
  • No prior financial knowledge required; beginners are welcome.
