The role:

Unique opportunity for a Senior Compliance Officer to join a boutique law firm in the heart of Bristol.

This newly created role involves working closely with the firm's Head of Risk & Compliance, contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the Compliance function.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in a general compliance role within an English law firm and be proficient in offering compliance, risk management, and regulatory support.

You will collaborate with the firm's managers to maintain, improve, and implement compliance procedures, as well as provide training to foster awareness and engagement across the board.

Essential qualifications include up-to-date knowledge of risk and compliance requirements and a proven track record in a law firm or in-house legal team.
