About the Role:

AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking an experienced Contract Lawyer to join our team as a Risk and Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced lawyers and compliance specialists to ensure firm-wide compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders regarding risk-related issues and provide expert advice on contract management.
  • Assist senior staff with strategic and operational issues, including root cause analysis investigations and transformational change projects.
  • Review and update firm-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance on client terms of engagement and bid proposals to ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Lead on matters relative to professional regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support colleagues with claims handling and address complaints relative to the internal complaint procedures.

Requirements:
