We are a successful and well established company seeking a Training Administrator to work within our team that manages our online training courses. You will be responsible for all administration surrounding our courses, liaising with both learners and trainers too. Reporting into the Operations Manager assisting with a range of administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the training operations. Based in Farnham, we are a group of companies that cover sectors including publishing, leisure, training, and marketing.
The role offers a salary of up to GBP33k depending on experience with an annual bonus scheme up to 10% of salary, with free parking available plus pension scheme. We are ideally looking for the suitable candidate to work full time hours 37.5 per week across Monday to Friday with some flexibility to start and finish times.

The role would suit candidates who have proven administration skills within a role that requires excellent attention to detail and organisation. You do not need previous training experience as this is very much an all round administration support role. You should also have the confidence to liaise with a range of learners and trainers. Any experience working within a training, examination, academic, online or in person learning or similar environment would be useful but in essence we require a strong and detailed administrator used to managing a range of administration support tasks to users remotely.

The main duties of the role are listed below.
Administer student registrations and provide support to students, trainers, authors and affiliates.
Administration of online course material via bespoke websites and online proctoring service.
Process student and training applications and welcome letters.
Set up users and schedules and assessment bookings.
Provide ongoing student support (course enquiries, online access, assignment queries etc. to learners and trainers providing a high level of customer service)
Close communication with Accounts Dept. to ensure course fees are paid promptly.
Schedule and administer all online assessments.
Update exam results.
Update student correspondence according to course changes.
Travel and accommodation co-ordination.
Set up new companies and produce certificates.
Issue certificates and ID cards to successful students.
Liaise with authors on student queries and assessment results.
Take payments via credit card as necessary.
Coordinate with training centres / trainer on classroom courses and assessment arrangements in UK and overseas, including verifying invigilator details as required.
Liaison with Account Managers / Operations Manager / Directors.
Compile monthly and annual reports.
Management and update of ACT CRM database.
Manage internal calendar and reminders along with renewal dates.
