About the Role:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors in the Fragrance Department.
  • Drive fragrance sales through personalized customer interactions and product knowledge.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support team development and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Passion for fragrances and a strong understanding of beauty trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
